  • Subsequent years: from EUR + 0.99%
  • Total and partial early repayment fee:
  • In the first 3 years: 0.25% or 5 years: 0.15%
  • Rest of years: 0%

Fixed

  • Fixed TIN from 2.20%
  • Total and partial early repayment commission:
  • First 10 years: 2%
  • Rest of years: 1.5%
  • *The early repayment fee only applies if there is a financial loss for the entity.

  • Financing up to 60% of the purchase price of the property in Spain.
  • Minimum loan amount: €500,000
  • Term up to 30 years
  • Fixed TIN from 0.5%
  • Total and partial early repayment fee: First 10 years: 2% – Remaining years: 1.5%

*The early repayment fee only applies if there is a financial loss for the institution.

Mortgage for non-residents with financing up to 100% of the purchase price, with secondary collateral.

We consider the following as additional collateral:

– properties in Spain or Germany (even mortgaging in second rank)

– securities accounts.

– life insurance contracts

– bank deposits, etc.
